» Communication Line Protection
Communication lines provide
a "back door" entry into an otherwise power-conditioned
system. ONEAC's philosophy is that of Total
Protection-"any place a copper wire connects
to an element of your system, you should
provide an interface between sensitive electronics
and the electrical worlds they connect to." The

Convergent
Series Communication Line Protectors The Convergent
Series was specifically designed for use in VoIP
applications and is ideally suited for most any
data or communications application. The Convergent
Series Base Units are rackmount-able and house
ONEAC's Convergent Series modular protectors for
analog, digital and high-speed data lines. The
base units are available in 5-, 10- and 16-port
variations. The 16-port model fits into a standard
19" rack and consumes only 1U (1.75") of vertical
rack space. The 5- and 10-port models can be shelf
or wall mounted. The Convergent Series protectors
feature ONEAC's patented SwitchedFilter technology.

Ground
Bar A ground bar is required for all Online
6 Series, 10 Series and Convergent Series communication
line protector installations. (Note: the Online
10 Series requires one ground bar for each termination
strip.)
